Exactly as described but I can't figure out if the quality of the batteries are good or not or the charger is bad; while charging the batteries are full very quick. The batteries thar weren't charged after delivery (used immediately) lasted only two hours, normal batteries last so much longer. Shipment and delivery took 60 days, well packed.

All came pre charged, 3 of 20 cells were a little lower (3.-4.0V) than the rest (4.1-4.15V) which seem about normal. charged those three cells before using them and so far they seem to work just fine. I'm using them in xiaomi plant sensors, which is not recommended because of the higher voltage but I wanted to give it a try to see if they run on LIR Cells at all and if they do, for how long.
